Work Stations!

We have been working so hard this year to get ourselves ready for work stations.  It takes a good 4-5 weeks for the students to learn all the routines and procedures in the classroom.  But, once we get the routines down, the students are ready to start working in smaller groups at their own pace - and they love it!  We have 8 stations in our classroom, and the students rotate through all 8 stations throughout 1 school week.  During this time, Mrs. Bucklew will be pulling students for small group reading instruction.  Last week was our first week of stations - it went very smoothly!
